GW2 Announcing the Winners of the 2017 Design a Weapon Contest

Arenanet have announced the winners of the 2017 Design a Weapon Contest.
Congratulations to all of the winners!

The three designs that received the most votes will serve as inspiration for in-game weapons:

• 1st Place – Torch by Mikeb
• 2nd Place – Greatsword by glacization
• 3rd Place – Sword by EnigmaHyena

The creative minds behind each of these will also receive a signed print of their entry, a Guild Wars 2 Cook & Becker art print, a Guild Wars 2: Path of Fire™ T-shirt, 2,000 gems, a signed Guild Wars 2 art book, and a Crystalline Dragon Wings Glider.

• 4th Place – DamascusThe fourth-place winner will receive a signed print of their entry, a Guild Wars 2 Cook & Becker art print, a Guild Wars 2: Path of Fire T-shirt, 800 gems, a Guild Wars 2 art book, and a Crystalline Dragon Wings Glider.
  
• 5th Place – ArctariusThe fifth-place winner will receive a signed print of their entry, a Guild Wars 2: Path of Fire T-shirt, 400 gems, a Guild Wars 2 art book, and a Crystalline Dragon Wings Glider.
  The sixth through twentieth-place winners will receive a Guild Wars 2: Path of Fire T-Shirt, 400 gems, and a Crystalline Dragon Wings Glider.
