A guide to the quest for unlocking the the Ugly Wool Glider from the Mini Angry Wintersday Gift.

Step 0: Buy the Mini Angry Wintersday Gift for 400 gems.
Step 1: Talk to Collector Terksli
He can be found in the Vaults of Lion’s Arch. He is stationary and does not roam. Talk to him and he will direct you to get a shiny cog from Prototype Assistant Lennor in Brisband Wildlands near Thaumacore Inquiry Center ([&BFoAAAA=]) and take it to Rikka in Rata Sum.
Step 2: Chasing down Zokaggrot the Greedier
Go to Thaumacore Inquiry Center ([&BFoAAAA=]) in Brisband Wildlands and try to see if Prototype Assistant Lennor is up.
If he is up, killing him should hopefully spawn Zokaggrot the Greedier, a skritt type of mob that will run away from you. You want to chase him down and kill him to get an Extremely Dirty Cog.
Step 3: Finding Rikka in Rata Sum
Rikka is in Rata Sum on the lowest level near the Inquest Recruiting Station PoI ([&BJQEAAA=]). Go talk to her and she will give you a rag to clean the cog and tell you to visit the Skritt King in Brisbane.
Step 4: Finding the Skritt King
Skritt King resides in Skrittsburgh Center in Brisbane Widlands. You can reach it via the East End Waypoint but if the gates are closed you will need to do the meta event to open them. Click on the rag you got from Rikka to change the cog into a shiny one you can hand to the king.
The king will hand you an item you can use on nearby Grumpy Skritt to get stacks of Spirits of Wintersday. Grumpy Skritt is located all around the king scattered in a large area but only one person can use them at a time so act fast!
Your #1 skill is useable on gumpy skritts to get 1 stack. Once you have 5 stacks of this buff, you can use the #2 skill near a grumpy skritt which give you 5 stacks each use. Get to 30 stacks to unlock the third button which give you the gift to unlock the Ugly Wool Glider skin.
