This includes: Consistently low frame rates (consistently less than 10 FPS in all areas—not just Lion’s Arch).

In Windows:
- Click Start.
- Type “dxdiag” into the search bar (no quotation marks).
- Run dxdiag.exe.
- Wait for the green progress bar to complete.
- Click “Save All Information…”
- Save the .txt to somewhere on your computer.
E-mailing us:
- E-mail the text file to *******@arena.net (include it as an attachment).
- Include the text “Performance inquiry dxdiag” in the subject line (so we can easily search for them).
- In the body of the e-mail, explain what you’re seeing when you try to play the game (lag, low frame rate, etc.).
